A percentage is always a proportion ... so the question doesn't make sense. You need to ask something like; 'What percentage of the population of Germans [or whatever] were Jews?'
In 2003 there were 3000 Jews in the State or less then 0.05% of the population.
While most Jews live in the USA, they only make 2 % of the population. In Israel, 77 % of the population is Jewish.
Jews are found all over Israel (within the 1949 borders) and in some places, settlements, in the West Bank. Jews form the overwhelming percentage of the Israeli population south of Jerusalem (even though the population of that area overall is barely 10% of Israel's population). Jews also form the majority of Central Israel (between Jerusalem and Hadera). Jews form around 50% of the population of the Galilee Region. Christians live in specific cities in Israel and the West Bank such as Nazareth and Bethlehem. Christianity is a minority religion and between the combined 12 million (including refugees in camps) population of Israel and Palestine, Christians make up around 200,000-250,000 people.
The term refers to Arabs who chose to become Israeli citizens after Israel became a nation (again) in 1948. Arabs and Jews comprise the two largest ethnic groups in Israel (Jews obviously make up a larger percentage of the population). Note that they are not Palestinians. Arabs in Israel have full rights that Jews have.
Jews make up about one-fifth of one percent (0.2%) of the population of the world.

Israel is the only Jewish country in the entire world. As of 2012, there are more than 7 million Jews in Israel, which make up about 80% of the population there. The United States has the second largest Jewish population in the world. There are about 6 million Jews in the U.S., which make up about 2% of the population there.

Montparnasse Cemetery is a place where the intellectuals of France were buried. As Jews typically represent a larger percentage of the intelligentsia of a given country than their population percentage, it is expected that they would have an inordinate number of burials at Montparnasse. However, it should be noted that Jews do not make up even a quarter of the burials at Montparnasse, so they are nowhere close to being the majority of graves.
Canada makes up approximately 0.5% of the global population.
Judaism does not proselytize, so Jews retain a very small population.
