B: -tan(25)
Tan 42 degrees = 0.9004
Tan(74 degrees) = 3.487414444.....
tan(11o) = 0.19438 =======
tan(22.5)=0.414213562
It can be shown that:height = (d tan α tan β)/(tan α - tan β)where: α is the angle closest to the objectβ is the angle further away from the objectd is the distance from the point of angle α to the point of angle βThus: height = (80 ft × tan 45° × tan 34°)/(tan 45° - tan 34°) ≈ 165.78 ft
B: -tan(25)
It depends on the angle of depression of the sun. The answer would be 80ft * tan(90-angle of depression) At a depression angle of 40 degrees, the shadow would be 80 * tan (50) which equals 95.340ft

The answer is 0.2867.
it is tan 89.343 degrees
Most of the time, no. It usually is at least 95 out. But if you are already tan you could just get tanner. ^ actually this persons answer is wrong. I play softball in 70 degrees.. and i tan... alot. Its just the matter of exposed skin and uv rays. Most people do not have their skin fully exposed in 60-70 degree weather. But it is possible to tan... just rays and exposed skin. (:
x = tan-1(5) = 78.69 degrees
Tan(5.2 degrees) = 0.0910 Tan(5.2 radians) = -1.8856
