Currently, I don't think the US has any "valid" currency greater than the $100 bill. From what I can find, the highest demonination ever printed was the $100,000 "Bank Transfer Bill" in 1934 I did read of someone who was arrested recently for trying to pass a fake $1million bill. You cannot. There is no one million dollar bill in the United States. If you want you can convert any valid US dollar note which is a legal tender like the $10, $20, $50, $100 etc. which are valid and they can be converted to Indian rupees in almost any large bank in India.
There are no U.S. dollar bills dated 1994, but all U.S. currency from the 1990s is still legal tender at face value.
The 1 dollar Bill is George Washington. The 2 dollar bill is Thomas Jefferson. The 5 dollar bill is Abraham Lincoln. The 10 dollar bill is Alexander Hamilton. The 20 dollar bill is Andrew Jackson. The 5,000 dollar bill is James Madison. The 10,000 dollar bill is Salmon P. Chase. The 100,000 dollar bill is Woodrow Wilson. The 1,000,000 is a fake dollar bill but has the Statue of Liberty on it.

Irish people call the US Dollar bill, a dollar or a dollar bill.
It is ALWAYS valid. If you purchased something, the bill of sale is proof of that.

At least 2/3 of the bill must be intact for it to be redeemable at a bank. That rule is to prevent a person from, say, tearing a bill into thirds and redeeming each one for the full face value of the original bill. The Treasury has special provisions for redeeming money damaged by fire, water, mold, etc.

No. The U.S. has never printed a $1 million dollar bill. What you have is a novelty, and it's not worth anything.
The Esperanto words for dollar and dollar bill are dolaro and dolarbileto.
look at the number on the bill. if this question was referring to what are dollars worth compared to a different currency then the answer will constantly be changing as the value of different countries currency is fairly volatile. 1 dollar bill = $1 2 dollar bill = $2 5 dollar bill = $5 10 dollar bill = $10 20 dollar bill = $20 50 dollar bill = $50 100 dollar bill = $100
