no grading system is not better because students who get 87 marks and who get 85 marks there grade is same .this is unjustice for hard working students as their marks become worthless

Different Boards have different criteria. Federal board students have to score 50% marks, the same applies to O and A Level students. Whereas, most of other boards declare students pass if they score over 33% marks.

Merits: the students would be relieved from exam tensions. Demerits: the students getting 91 marks also get the same grade as the student getting 99 marks.
They do not give marks. The top 10 Thousand students are selected. There is no cut off.
