I believe that the gun has already been made because in my study (my spare time) the nazi scientists made many designs that could only be powered by a massive amount of power.so what I think is the nazis stabalized it put it in a " bulb" capsule device that can send the electrical power through the gun into 7 endpoints the seventh being the one in the middle and the other six surrounding and pointing at the center one creating focused eletrical chain bolts.that's just just my theory though.
