1+3+5+7+9+11 = 36
36
Just try it out!
Not counting negative numbers (which would give you an infinite number of ways of adding numbers together to equal 10), there are 6 different ways (permutations) of adding numbers together to equal 10. 0 + 10 1 + 9 2 + 8 3 + 7 4 + 6 5 + 5
1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 = 36
If I were multiplying I would like to round to tens so I can "annex" the zeroes. If I were adding I would like numbers that would equal 0 like 3+7 or 5+5 or 2+8. They are compatible numbers.
2+3n+2+9n would equal 4+12n after adding all like numbers.
it would be equal to eleven parts
The sum.
There is a formula for adding all the numbers from 1 to n.It is n(n+1) ÷ 2.So the sum of the numbers from 1 to 11 is : 11 x 12 ÷ 2 = 66
3*11=33
