The best topology, whether it is a LAN based or a WAN based topology, is the one best suited for your environment. There is no one best topology for all situations.
There doesn't have to be; depends on whether it is a peer-to-peer or a client/server based network. The topology doesn't determine that.
The answer will depend on whether you are talking in terms of basic geometry or topology. For example, in topology a cube, a sphere and a glass have the same properties.

Explain how you know whether an estimate of a product is an overestimate or an underestimate?
Whether or not it is difficult depends on your aptitude and your attitude. What you may find difficult I might find easy and conversely.
We can check by breathing and we will feel difficult to breathe then this is how we check whether we are lack of oxygen.
That would depend on the network topology chosen and the type of network connectivity devices employed. In a properly constructed, switched and/or routed network the answer would be NO. If hubs or repeaters are used to connect devices and/or network segments, then yes. In a bus or ring topology, the answer is yes. Whether anything is done with the frame is a different matter and depends on whether you consider the network adaptor to be integral to the computer.
A result is if your hypothesis was whether right or wrong and then explain it.
