Math is way different then other subjects. Others subjects can be learnt by heart but Maths is different. There is only one key to get A in Maths. Practice as many problems as you can. Practice makes the man perfect. In Maths Practice is the key to get A.

I need to study for math, but that doesn’t mean you do. We are all different (yay evolution) and that means your brain might acquire knowledge differently than mine. You are “studying” for math whether you know it or not- observing lessons is still considered studying. However, if you wish to do some studying of your own (at home and such) then here are some ways to go about it:

Take notes in class and review those same notes at home. Pretty basic. Pretty worth-it. Make sense of the lectures that passed real quick by seeing what happened during them.

Talk to your classmates. If you don’t know what’s going on or how to do some of the assigned problems (homework) then seek help from your peers. This is also useful since their brains are in a similar stage to yours, as opposed to your teacher who has had the information ingrained and as such can’t truly relate to your struggles. However, if your class can’t help you, then…

Talk to your teacher. Not sure what was said during the lesson? Ask the person behind the lesson! Alternatively, if you can’t reach your teacher…

Reach out to a tutor. These can be free or paid (private) and you will see the difference between the two- but money is a big deal for some students so thanks God for free tutors.

Conslut the internet (Quora and the likes). Find others who have had to conquer what you are struggling with.

Practice. You’d be surprised at how much can be understood through examples.

Apart from that, you could always find your own way to study. Find a balance. Find what works. It’s your brain you are pumping full of knowledge.
