Well, there are many ways to do this. The obvious one is put the 6 right after the 3, creating a 3 6. Then remove the space. Another way, is to multiply 6 by 3, then add 6, and add 6 again, and add 3, then add 3 again.
If you wanted to make it with just a six, you could just multiply six and six.
It is: 23+(4*7) = 36.
