You may want to check fuses if there are any on your amp, the power wire ground wire and remote wire are the only things i can think of, might want to just ship it back if it is still under warranty. good luck

Why bypass amp just get wiring diagram and hook up remote"blue wire" to the remote lead from factory amp. Or unplug amp use a meter and check which wire has power. Then turn off radio and check wire again should have no power with radio off. This will only work if factory radio is still installed. But that wire would be remote wire. Just hook up new radio remote wire to the found wire. Then connect speakers to factory plugs and use the amp.

What it is, is your power ant. wire is hooked to your remote(control) wire of the Amp.To fix this disconnect it and connect it to the remote(control) wire. If you dont have a output labeled as this connect it to the hot wire for the radio. (do not connect it the the constant hot wire there will be two different wires)
