If it is a piont like (2,3) then the first one is on the x axis which if the horizontal line which is left to right. the second number goes on the y axis which is the one that goes up and down. just remember in a point, x is always firts and the letter y is longer than x so y is up and down. hope this helps <3
Usually the variable placed on the x-axis will be the known values to which you want to correlate the unknown variable on the y-axis. Usually sequential information such as sample number or date or time will be placed on the x-axis as well.
the independent gose on the x axis because it relies on nothing. the dependent gose on the y axis because it depends on the the independent. ex. the number of seconds you leaves a pan on a stove (independent) determinds how hot it will get (dependent)
The first number is the X axis and the second number is the Y axis
If there is an independent variable then that goes on the horizontal axis. Otherwise, you decide which way you want to plot them.
A y-axis is the vertical number line of a two coordinated graph and a x-axis is the horizontal number line.
The y-axis is on the real number line.
after u draw the chart , u decide to work on the early finish or the late finish , and this called t1 .. and nw u have 2 get the time that the activity end on and that's called t2 , t2= t1 + ( (N-1)/R ) N = number of repetitive units R = Rate = number of crew / duration now draw y-axis and x-axis , then draw a parallel line to x-axis at point N on y-axis ,, where the y-axis represent the number of units start from 1 and the (lower) x axis represent the t1 and the ( upper ) x-axis represent the t2
It depends on how the axis is defined.
The x number comes first.
The x-axis is the horizontal number line that, together with the y-axis, forms the coordinate plane. The y-axis is the vertical number line that, together with the x-axis, forms the coordinate plane.Thank you for your time-Vertigo1234554321 signing out
The x-axis comes first.
(-33,-32) is located on both the X and Y axis'. The first number of the pair = the X axis The second number of the pair = the Y axis
