I am assuming the question is to multiply (3x + 2)(1 - 5x) = 2??

To multiply 2 binomials, use the FOIL method (First, Outside, Inside, Last).

First: 3x times 1

Outside: 3x times -5x

Inside: 2 times 1

Last: 2 times -5x

3x - 15x2 + 2 - 10x

Now, combine like terms and rearrange in descending exponential order.

-15x2 - 7x + 2 = 2
