If that's not true, then you can stop here because I'm proceeding on that assumption.
If it IS true, then all you need is the height and either the circumference or the radius ...
not both.
If you have the radius, then
Volume of a cylinder = (pi) x (radius)2 x (height).
If you have the circumference instead, then
Volume of the cylinder = Circumference2 x Height/4 pi
