Using the digits 1 to 9 once each, the smallest number you could make would be 6, the largest would be 24

Prime numbers in the range 6 to 24 are :-

7, 11, 13, 17, 19 & 23

The digits 1 to 9 added together come to a total of 45

What three prime numbers from the list when added together make 45

19 + 19 + 7 = 45

17 + 17 + 11 = 45

These have to be formed both horezontally and vertically

Since there is only one way to make 7 from three of the available digits (1+2+4) , this option is a non-starter

So working with two rows adding up to 17 and one adding up to 11, and similarly for columns I came up with the solution below

7 1 9

4 2 5

6 8 3
