The question is mysterious. You don't "solve pi". (Pi) is a number, that's very well known
and you use to find other things.
(Pi) is involved in the relationships among the radius, diameter, circumference, area, and
volume, of circles, spheres, and several other things with curves. It also shows up all over
the place when you're working with angles and many electrical or mechanical things.
pie (3.14) times Diameter
Solve the equation for the area of the circle (area = pi x radius2) for radius. Multiply the radius by 2 to obtain the diameter.
Well to do this you have to master the art of algebra :) C= π (pie) x Diameter Diameter= Circumference/π (pie) (C divided by Pie)..........we need to have D on its own so we do the opposite of multiply on the pie to get diameter on its own. ∴ D= C/π (pie)
pie times diameter
The pie plate with the 5-inch diameter is greater.
What is 3.14 pie 26cm
Diameter = 3.18
formula for circumference is : C= pie (times) diameter 14= pie Diameter 14=3.14 diameter so divide by pie on both sides to find the diameter aprox: 4.456 = diameter formula for area is : a= pie radius ^2 so find the radius which is half the diameter 4.456/2 =2.228 = radius square the radius 2.228^2= 4.964 times by pie area= 15.597
The area of a circle, in terms of pie, with a diameter of 36 is: about 324pi
take pie times pie and times the diameter
Circumference to Diameter.
If Pi is 3.14 then the diameter will be 1
