you take what you got out of the test. for example, 37 out of 46. you divide 37 by 46 which is 0.82222222222222. then you multiply that by 100 which is 82.2222. and then you round it. which makes the percentage 82%
Percents are basically decimals, and we use decimals as numbers with extra, tiny proportions. Percents are just ways to make those decimals into a whole, more friendlier number. But, percents can also be made with decimals as well.
is that question "how to add percents to whole numbers?but isn't this just basically addition?convert the percent to a fraction (75%=75/100) then to a decimal (75/100=0.75) and add to the whole number. i guess everyone know how addition works!
percents are numbers over 100
you turn percents into mixed numbers by turning the percent into a fraction then a mixed number
I'm not sure...
You cannot turn whole numbers into reduced fractions. Whole numbers are as reduced as possible. The fraction is 26/1
True
divide the two numbers then divide
Because percentages can be expressed as fractions which are rational numbers
n% = n / 100
It is 5%.
The answer depends on what mathematical operations you are permitted to use!
