It depends on the bullet in question. Each caliber has a different velocity, that affects the amount of time it takes to move a certain speed. On average.... I'd say it would take between 1/18th and 1/10th of a second.

well all materials are bullet proof, that is depending on the caliber bullet and how thick the material is,a .22 caliber can pierce a 2x4,and a .50 cal can pierce about 50 2x4's,even paper can stop a bullet,if ya take one sheet of paper its not going to do much, but get about 1000 sheets and nothing can get threw, not even armor piercing!
If you are cycling moderately it will take 5 minutes for a mile.
how long does it take to get down 1 mile to the ocean floor
At 20 mph how long would it take to drive one mile?
Depends on the firearm and the caliber marked on it. It could be a .22 Short, .22 Long Rifle (LR) or .22 WMR (magnum). You did not give us enough information to answer- there have been a million (really) .22 caliber handguns made in Italy.
We cannot tell from a serial number. The caliber is marked on the barrel.
