Students often get stuck before they start this kind of problem because they don't remember the formulas. Think of a speed limit sign ; it says "speed = miles per hour", which tells you that rate equals distance divided by time. There is a nice trick of writing the letters D, R and T in a triangle to find the other two formulas, but I can't show it without making a drawing. You can also find the other two formulas by algebra. The 3 formulas are D=RT, R=D/T and T=D/R.

T=D/R; D=150 and R=60

T = 150/60 = 2.5 hours, or 2 hours and 30 minutes.
