Depends how much rock is in ONE bag !
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet = 54 half-cubic-foot bags
16/0.75 = 21.33...
Nine 3 cubic feet bags equals one cubic yard. There are 27 cubic feet in one cubic yard. 27/3=9
There are 27 cubic feet in 1 cubic yard regardless of material.
1.5 divided by the volume of your bag in cubic yards. 40.5 divided by the volume of your bag in cubic feet.
A cubic yard is 3x3x3= 27 cubic feet so you would need 27/.5 = 54 bags
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet = 54 half-cubic-foot bags
80# bags are 0.6 cubic feet and it takes 41 to make a cubic yard. In that case, 60# bags must be 0.45 cubic feet and it would take 55 to make a cubic yard.
If the question is "How many 2 cubic foot bags are there in 1 cubic yard the answer would go something like this; * a cubic yard is 3 feet X 3 feet X 3 feet, or 27 cubic feet in one cubic yard. * if each bag is 2 cubic feet it would take 27 cubic feet in on cubic yard / 2 cubic feet per bag = 13 1/2 bags.
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet 4 cubic yards = 108 cubic feet Since each bag contains 2 cubic feet of mulch, the required number of bags is 108/2 which is 54
there are 27 cubic feet in one cubic yard.
When it comes to mulch or concrete, a so-called "yard"actually means a "cubic yard".1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet2 cubic yards = 54 cubic feet...6 cubic yards = 162 cubic feet ( = 81 bags )
There is 0.45 cubic feet in a 60-lb bag, so you need 60 bags. If you go to 80-lb bags, there's 0.60 cubic feet and you need 45 bags.
It would depend on what size of bag, 60lb or 80lb.one 60lb bag usually yeilds about 0.45 cubic feet once mixed (this will vary slightly depending on how much water you add). So 42 bags times 0.45 cubic feet equals 18.9 cubic feet. there are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard, so divide 18.9 by 27 and you get about0.7 cubic yards.if you had 42 bags that weighed 80lbs. then you'd have about 25.2 cubic feet or about0.93 cubic yards
Volume of sand required = 6 ft * 5 ft * 1 ft = 30 cubic feet. A bag = 3 cubic feet so number of bags required = 30/3 = 10 bags.Volume of sand required = 6 ft * 5 ft * 1 ft = 30 cubic feet. A bag = 3 cubic feet so number of bags required = 30/3 = 10 bags.Volume of sand required = 6 ft * 5 ft * 1 ft = 30 cubic feet. A bag = 3 cubic feet so number of bags required = 30/3 = 10 bags.Volume of sand required = 6 ft * 5 ft * 1 ft = 30 cubic feet. A bag = 3 cubic feet so number of bags required = 30/3 = 10 bags.
It depends upon how deep you want it filled. For example, if you want it filled 6" deep, then the cubic feet would be 175 sq. ft X 0.5 ft. = 87.5 cubic feet. 87.5 cubic feet / 5 cubic feet/bag = 17.5 bags
I'm not sure you asked this correctly since a 24 cubic foot bag would be extremely large. You would only need 1 and 1/8 bags. If you meant 2.4 cubic feet bags, you would need 11.25 or 12 bags.
