There can be no equivalence.

A cubit is a unit of length or distance in 1-dimensional space, as is a metre. Consequently a cubit metre is an measure of area in 2 dimensional space. A kilogram, on the other hand, is a measure of mass. These measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, any attempt at conversion from one to the other is fundamentally flawed.
