It doesn't matter, since you have no choice in the matter. You're constrained to seven days per week.
To convert years into days multiply the number of years by 365. If it needs to be more accurate add one day for every four years. This can be off by one day. If it needs to be exact you must know the beginning and ending date and add the number of leap years between the two dates instead of using the every four year count suggested above.
The question cannot be answered to that level of precision because an 11- month period does not even have a fixed number of days!
These days, lots of secondary schools in England are starting to settle for a level 4a. The truth is, I am in a school that specialises in business and enterprise and in some cases, a level 5b at the end of year 7 may place you in top set for year 8. I achieved a level 6c at the end of year 7 and ended up in top set for year 8. Really, a 4a, 5c or 5b is average; occasionally a 5b may be high.

Working out 5 days a week is optimal. You should alternate strength training and cardio each day. This means days 1,3, and 5 are cardio, and days 2 and 4 are strength. Then Week 2 you do Strength on days 1,3 and 5, etc.

The distance that people can walk daily will depend on their fitness level. 30km is a comfortable distance for most people to maintain for several days if the terrain is not too challenging and they are not carrying a heavy load.
