Going with the now-standard usage of a billion being "one thousand million", that gives us 700,000,000,000 so eleven zeroes. (As an aside, the British billion was one million millions which would have given us 700,000,000,000,000 or fourteen zeroes. We gave in eventually and accepted the American billion (thank the banks))
