"Power per hour" doesn't make sense. "Power" means "energy per time unit", so the "per hour" is already included.

To know the power, you would also have to know at what voltage the device works. Normally you can multiply amperes x volts, to get watts (not watts per hour, which doesn't make sense!).

Actually, watts = volts x amperes x (power factor), but the power factor is quite often close to 1.
