No powers
also, no x times y
i.e. xy = 1 is not linear
If each side of the equation is a fraction, then it is a proportion.
2a^3=8+4a2a^3-4a-8=0 a^3-2a-4=0 It occurred to me just now by looking at the equation that a=2 would work. And it does. So that's your answer.
An inequality is just an equation that has a cooler, more fun symbol in place of an equal sign. You would operate just as you would if you were multiplying or dividing any equation, except you get a specific spectrum of answers instead of just one value.
it is not possible to simplify this equation so the answer would just be,14+21c
An equation just has an equal sign. A function is basically just an equation without one!

All pipe is measured in liner feet. I'm not sure what your asking. 100' of 1" pipe means that you have a 1" pipe that is 100" long. That's liner feet. If your asking about volume of pipe as in how much water will a 4" pipe hold that is 100' long then that's just a simple geometry equation. volume of a cylinder.
Overlap refers to just that... the liner overlaps the top of the pool. The other option is a hung liner, where the liner locks into a track..

No. It would be difficult and it is just another layer of protection.
There is no equation visible: just an expression.
I believe that would be 120 feet of liner. I would say get a couple of more feet just in case.
In order to make your eyes stand out better it would be appropriate to apply eyeliner to the top lids. Unless you are trying to make your eyes smaller looking. Then just apply eyeliner to the bottom lids instead.

Eyeliner Sealer is a liquid that is applied to your eye over the top of any liner. It works on pencil liners, powders used as a liner such as cake liners or eyeshadow and liquid eyeliners. It should keep your eyeliner looking as though you just applied it for many hours.

I would not recommend doing that. It would make it very difficult to change the liner down the road. Also, if you get Canadian winters, or a fluxuation in temperature , it is possible for the liner to shrink when it gets cold and pop out of the track where it sits. I would recommend getting T-Bead, or some other product that would wedge the liner in permanantly if you choose to do this. Tiles also tend to chip and break easily, aswell as need replacing after aging. Bits can fall into the pool and put a hole in the liner. Its just not functionally rational to do this.
