That depends on the dimensions !... A 1 x 18 rectangle has a perimeter of 38 ! A 2 x 9 rectangle has a perimeter of 22 ! A 3 x 6 rectangle has a perimeter of 18 !
90.25 ft2
Perimeter = 7+7+12+12 = 38 m
2*16+2*3= 38
The answer will depend on the shape: a rectangle, an ellipse, some other shape?
Assuming that this question should have read, "The perimeter of a rectangle is 38m. The base is four more than two times the height. What is the height?", the answer can be obtained as follows: The perimeter of a rectangle is the twice the sum of its base and height. Call the unknown height h. Then, from the problem statement, 2[h + (2h + 4)] = 38. Expanding and collecting like terms gives 6h = 30 or h = 5 m.
The perimeter is 38.

An 11 x 8 rectangle will have a perimeter of 38. Add all 4 sides together to get the perimeter,
38 cm
90.25 ft2
Perimeter = 7+7+12+12 = 38 m
Perimeter = 11+11+8+8 = 38 inches
The width is 8 feet
9 cm
90.25 square degers
the old perimeter is 17 * 2 The old perimeter = 38
