That is more than many people do, so it is good, but it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to enter a marathon, then obviously that exercise routine won't cut it. If you just want to make yourself feel a little better, then good job! I think the key to exercising is to challenge yourself; if you are doing enough to make yourself happy and feeling healthy, then keep at it. If you ever start feeling bored about your workouts then try a new machine or try increasing the time.
