how does 100 meet the specification?
1 is in the hundreds digit and 0 is in the tens digit. 1 is not at least 0. this is a confusing question?!
8
7

Of the 729 numbers that satisfy the requirement of positive integers, 104 are divisible by 7.
There's no way of knowing which numbers satisfy all three conditions without knowing the third condition.
locus

Criterion
There are two pairs of even numbers that satisfy the condition. They are (8, 10) and (6, 12).
If they have a Prime multiple in common, then they are not co-prime numbers.Hence no 2 multiples of 13 exists to satisfy this condition.
1 and 0 would be the smallest whole numbers that meet that condition: 12 - 02 = 13 13 - 03 = 12
There are no numbers on that list that satisfy that criterion.
