it would be 306.5. you'd round the number to the right of the number in the tenths place; if it's lower than 5 (0-4) you'd keep the number in the tenths place the same. however, if the number in the hundredths place (to the right of the tenths palce) is 5-9, you'd round the number up. so 306.46543 would round up to 306.5 because the 6 round up the 4 to a 5. make sense?
