They can come in the top or bottom whichever is the best.

If the distribution panel is a load center (no Main disconnect) the above statement is true. If the distribution panel is a combination panel (main disconnect at top of panel) then the load feeds can only be brought in the two sides and the bottom. A combination panel has an internal barrier to separate the main disconnect from the load side of the distribution board.
It is a box that holds your tools. It can also be a reference to a panel box where wires are connected in a building.

on the drivers side inside kick panel or on the side of the dash there will be a fuse panel. behind that fuse panel you should see crimp connectors and electrical tape that does not look like the rest of the wires (non factory). follow the wires they should go to a little box aprox (depending on manufacturer) a 2 in x 4 in box. if none of this is there you do not have one.
Ground wires are typically bare wire or green covered. Common wires are white and hot wires are black. If you have black wires that are grounds or commons you should contact an electrician to ensure you don't have a problem on your hands. Sounds like someone who didn't know what they were doing has been mucking around in your panel.
Remove panel under glove box has twoclips push towards firewall and panel will come down you will see blower has three screws and unhook wires.
No, you should not connect two wires to one lug in a panel board. Each lug is designed to accommodate only one wire in order to ensure proper connections and to prevent overheating. If you need to connect multiple wires, you should use a wire nut or a junction box to splice the wires together before connecting to the lug.
Behind the panel in the cargo area on the drivers side of the vehicle. Should be a box in there with a bunch of wires on it. There's a sticker on the box with a 5 digit code.
Romex plastic insulator or metal clamp type insulator.
on my pro star, the fuse panel is where the glove box should be
Remove the kick panel (the plastic cover in front of the door below the glove box on the passenger side of the there is a metal box held in place by two screw with a few wires connected to it. Remove the screws and you should be able to remove the box (don't disconnect the wires), there should be a rubber button sticking up on it, press the button and the light will go off.
Remove drivers door panel and disconnect the wires from the button and cross them, make sure you have battery power. Should open. Replace door panel.
check the blower fan relay in the relay box under the hood and check the fuse panel under the dash if they are both good it probably be the fan take it out it should have 2 prongs on it get 2 jumper wires and hook one wire on each and then hook it to the battery for about a sec. if it come on it could be in the wires
