I used a really good product called kick the habit, stop the bite by hoof and its a clear polish so boys or girls could use it you just apply it twice a day so once befor school and once after. I got mine at Walmart but i dont know if u have a walmart so try a local pharmacy.at walmart its only around two dollars so its not a big waste if it doesnt work
