What are 'triagles'? If you mean 'triangles' ; note the spelling.

The four types of triangle are;-

Equilateral ; All sides the same length , all angles at 60 degrees.

Isosceles ; Two lines the same length and two anglesthe same value

Right-angled ; One of the three angles MUST be a right angle (90 o).

Scalene ; No sides the same length , and no angles the same value.

NB In all four types of 2-dimensional triangles, the sum of the angles is ALWAYS 180 o .

NNB For triangles drawn on a 3-dimensional surface (a sphere), the sum of the angles can be greater than 180 o.

NNNB Tringles can also be known as 'trigons' (polygons), from which we have the word 'trigonometry' (Measuring Triangles).
