What do 43D shapes look like?

We have yet to conjure up what a 4th dimension would look like, let alone a 43rd. Consider this, though: 1D is a line. 2D could be a square developed from connecting four lines. 3D is a cube erected from that square. Now, what some people argue is that the 4th dimension is a cube erected from a cube. If that's true, imagine what the 43rd dimension would look like.
