Lack of a hymen does not mean a girl has been sexually active! You are a virgin until first intercourse - hymen or none.

Alum can be used to tighten vaginal walls (the internal vaginal canal). There are products on the market specifically for this. Therefore, in theory, alum could be used to shrink the outer labia (lips) of the vagina. However, this "virginal muscle" assuming you mean the hymen, is something of a misnomer. Prior to sexual intercourse, some females have a hymen in place, some don't. The hymen is very fragile. It can be lost painlessly, especially if tampons are used during menstruation, or if the female has an active lifestyle, or participates in sport. The absence of a hymen at the vaginal entrance, is not an indicator of lost virginity. Bringing God into what may be an already tense, anxious situation, helps nobody.
