Oh, what a happy little question! The number of faces on a prism is always two more than the number of sides on its base. You see, the base of the prism creates one face on the bottom and another face on the top, and each side of the base connects to one face on the side of the prism. A rectangular pyramid has five faces. Sides are the same things as faces. A pyramid with a triangular base has 4 faces. This is the more common type of pyramid in mathematics, as it is a platonic solid.

I presume the question is meant to be: How many sides does a pyramid have? The answer is 4 or more. A pyramid has a polygonal base where the polygon can have 3 or more sides. Corresponding to each of these sides there will be a triangle rising to the apex of the pyramid. In all, a pyramid whose base is a polygon with n sides will have n+1 faces (sides).
A pentagonal prism has only 7 faces. Each of the five lateral faces is perpendicular to the two bases: that makes 10 pairs of mutually perpendicular faces. In general, the lateral faces are not perpendicular, but four of them may be perpendicular to one or more of its neighbors - at most 4 more pairs. Still not 25!
