I believe so yes... a radian is based on pi, and pi is an irrational number, so for instance a radian may be pi/4 ... which can be 3.14/4 ... but in math we like exact numbers... which is why you write pi/4 becasue 3.14 isn't actually what pi is equal to. that is just a rounded number
