This does not distinguish between a 4-d figure or one in higher dimensions but, if necessary, the name can include that information. For example, 4-dimensional hyper-cube.

a square and a rectangle. Also: trapezium trapezoid parallelogram to have a 4-sided figure, angles don't have to be 90 degrees.
Quadri- As in quadrilateral - a 4 sided shape. That's the closest thing I know to a prefix meaning a square.
