A tetrahedral die (not dice!) is a triangle-based pyramid, whose four faces are equilateral triangles.
A die (if someone says "dice", that is the plural).
To dice something means to chop it up into very small pieces, usually small cubes.
The probability is very, very small, because there are no heads marked anywhere on the dice.
It seems unlikely that a tetrahedron based die would be fair. Since it is a four sided shape, with each face being a triangle, there would not be a large tendency to roll once it lands on a particular face, as the friction required to impart the necessary torque is not assured. (This is an opinion - if anyone has better information, please feel free to refine this answer.)

Assuming they are fair dice that are numbered 1 to 6, the probability is 2/36 = 1/18

Could it be Mahjong? Sounds like Shut the Box: a game in which you roll two 6-sided dice, then flip down tiles in a series from 1 to 9. Variants also include tiles numbered 1 to 12 or even a pair of rows of tiles numbered either from 1 to 9 or from 1 to 12.
Chop, dice are two possibilities:Chop the onion into small pieces. Dice the meat into small pieces.

Pips are the small pits colored black on dice. The dice has a total of 6 sides. Each side of the dice contains pips with total of 21 pips on the dice.
I think it comes with dice and slice. dice is when you cut it in a row and slice is when you cut it in a long strate line. (Think so) Dicing (dice cut) is when you cut something into small cubes. You do not need a "dice and slice" to do it, just a sharp knife.
