When a star is longer than normal.
i have no idea, sorry!!

Several variations of Ethernet exist. At some moment, a bus topology was quite common, but nowadays, a star or extended star - with a hub or switch at the center of the star - is more common.Several variations of Ethernet exist. Suburban Extended stay in not listed as a 5 star hotel. This denomination is reserved for the few elite hotel chains. Suburban is considered an extended stay facility with kitchens and weekly maid service.
hierarchical (extended) star topology
There are many places one might go to view the extended Star Trek movie trailer. In addition to the official Star Trek movie website, one might also try a website like IMDB.
Star, interconnected/extended star, mesh, ring and bush. a lot.
no luckily star plus decided to extended it, from 14 feb navya will be aired at 6pm
both hubs and switch can act as a center of a star topology
In 1999, when Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace came out into theaters. Originally Lego could only make Lego Star Wars sets until the 2007, but they made a deal that extended it to 2011. When 2011 came, they extended it to 2016. Soon after that they decided to extend it to 2022, and they will probably extend it again because who does not like Lego Star Wars. Star Wars is the theme that gives Lego the most money.
One of the most popular topologies for Ethernet LANs is the star and extended star topology. It is easy to setup, it's relatively cheap, and it creates more redundancy than the Bus Topology. The Star Topology works by connecting each node to a central device. This central connection allows us to have a fully functioning network even when other devices fail. The only real threat to this topology is that if the central device goes down, so does the entire network. The Extended Star Topology is a bit more advanced. Instead of connecting all devices to a central unit, we have sub-central devices added to the mix. This allows more functionality for organization and subnetting- yet also creates more points of failure. In many cases it is impractical to use a Star Topology since networks can span an entire building. In this case, the Extended Star Topology is all but necessary to prevent degraded signals. Whereas the Star Topology is better suited for small networks, the Extended Star Topology is generally better for the larger ones.
It sounds to me like you're describing a star network.
