I assume what you meant is, after one has collected data, how do one present it or put it forward. If so, really that depends on the audience you are presenting the data to, i.e. level of education, professionals, general public, etc. Then you can state it in tabler format or chart format using pie-chart, bar-graph, histogram and things like that for easy interpretations.
