The other location has the wire going up to the light. You then need a 3 conducted wire such as 12/3 or 14/3 running between the switches. Use the same size wire you used to power the switch and top up to the light. You then connect the black power wire at one location to the black screw on the switch, and at the other location you connect the black wire going to the light to the black screw on that switch. At each location tie the whites together under a wire nut and shove that back in the box. Tie the grounds together and connect that to the ground screw at each switch. At each location you will now have the black and red wire from the wire you ran between the switches left. Those are called travelers. Connect those wires to the remaining 2 screws left on the switches at each location. Does not mater which you connect to which screw. Assuming no other wires are involved this is how you wire it.
