The basic idea you'd want to start with here is called "combining like terms". Your goal is to have only one term in your equation that involves p, and only one term in your equation that doesn't involve p.
92p = 27p-1
Subtract 27p from both sides:
92p-27p = -1
65p = -1
You can now divide both sides by 65 to "isolate the variable":
p = -1/65
