94 is the greatest two-digit whole number that when rounded to the nearest ten rounds to a two-digit number.
'94' rounded to the nearest tens is '90'.
The answer is 99. When 99 is the greatest two-digit number that rounds to 100 when rounded to the nearest Ten.
The greatest 3 digit integer which meets this condition is 949.If the number were any larger (between 950 to 999) then we would have to round up to 1000.949, however, is rounded down to 900 (to the nearest hundred).
100
Your question is obviously missing something. I'm pretty sure that you meant to ask what is the greatest 2 digit number that is still a 2 digit number when rounded to the nearest 10. The answer could be 94 or 95, depending upon how you round 95. 95 could be rounded to 90 or to 100, since it is exactly half way between 90 and 100. There is no hard and fast rule regarding how you should round a number ending in 5.
875 rounded to nearest ten is 880 8+8+0 is 16

which three digit numbers round to 500 when rounded to the nearest hundred , and also round to the 460 when rounded to the nearest ten
567.
The answer would be 16 becauseif the last digit is a 1, 2, 3 or 4 then the previous digit is left unchanged and the number is said to be rounded down;for example, 296.2 rounded to the nearest whole number is 296if the last digit is a 6, 7, 8 or 9 then the previous digit is increased by 1 and the number is said to be rounded up; for example, 296.8 rounded to the nearest whole number is 297
