Your question is inconsistent on its face. You asked "What shape has zero faces . . . . . and has only one face." I'd say that nothing could ever meet both of those requirements. They are ... how you say ... 'mutually exclusive'.
A face value in maths is the out-side of the shape, as to say the face of a shape. The face value is the sides of a shape.
There are many shapes that have one and only one rectangular face, but an example of one would be a rectangular pyramid.
