Ummm... If I am correctly interpreting the question to be asking for a Prime number less than 19, whose digits added together are greater than 7, then the answer is 17. There really aren't many options here (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17), only three of which even have multiple digits (11, 13, 17). So... 177. qed?

What four 3-digit prime numbers less than 200 each have a prime number for the sum of their digits AND a prime number for the product of their digits?

The four numbers are: 113, 131, 151 and 191. For the product of the digits to be prime, the number must contain 2 ones - which greatly simplifies the exercise.
