The V-cube was produced so far up to sizes of 7x7x7. The method to produce cubes up to size 11 was patented, but apparently they don't produce it yet. I couldn't find any reference for planned times, for future products, that is, V-cube 8 up to V-cube 11.

What tools are used to measure volume of a cube?
All you need is a graduated ruler to measure the length of one edge. From there one calculates the volume. For a cube, which has edges of equal length, you can find the the volume by cubing the length of an edge. Vcube = e3
