Which One Works Better for Math?

Has anyone tried both Kumon and Beestar for math? We’ve been doing Kumon for a couple of years, but lately, it feels like a lot between correcting mistakes, reteaching concepts and managing daily worksheets, it’s starting to wear us out. I’ve heard Beestar offers weekly math exercises that might be less intense. For those who’ve switched or tried both, how do they compare in terms of building math skills and keeping kids motivated?

We’ve done both. Kumon gave us structure, but the daily routine and corrections started feeling like a full-time job. Beestar’s weekly format has been a breath of fresh air, still solid practice, just more manageable. My kid’s more willing to do it without the pushback, and we’re not spending evenings arguing over worksheets. It’s been a good shift for our sanity and still keeps the math skills growing.
