The title of a graph should be an indication of the information that the graph is meant to convey. It may not be a direct description of the data but it should certainly be relevant to the data being used. For example, a graph showing number of residents against years might have a title of "Growth in the town". The title refers not to the data but to the information the graph is showing.

Not sure what a pecent is. If a graph is to show the fractions (percentages) of a whole then a pie chart is the most appropriate. However, if the graph is to show what percent age of students got an A grade in a number of different subjects, you might use a bar chart. Or if the graph was to show how the pass rate in one exam had changed over the years you might use a line graph. The answer depends on the information that you have and wish to convey.
There are various different ways to graph information, but the part that tells you what the bars or lines represent is called a label. A label might appear next to a line, or a bar, or it might only appear on the x axis and the y axis.
If the motion changes, the graph might show a different shape, slope, or position. For example, if the speed increases, the graph might show a steeper slope. If the direction of motion changes, the graph might show negative values or a curve. Any variation in the motion will be reflected in the graph.
A scientific research article might include a bar graph to visually represent data comparisons, such as the results of experiments or surveys. Similarly, a business report could use a bar graph to illustrate sales figures or market trends over time. In both cases, the graph helps readers quickly grasp complex information and identify patterns or differences.
Graph
The graph could go on forever while a data table only shows a part of the graph.
CarSoup, as you might expect, is a site devoted to cars. It contains information on used cars including classified ads of cars for sale. It also has information about cars such as their technical specifications.
It could be a line graph, bar graph, or a pictograph.
