Best Answer

Zero is useful because if we did not have the number zero then if we did the sum 7-7 then there would be no answer because the answer is zero, zero replaces and odd bits in a sum or something......

A polynomial of degree zero is a constant term

The grouping method of factoring can still be used when only some of the terms share a common factor A True B False

Can a machine be useful even its mechanical advantage is less than one?

Yes, anything above zero for mechanical advantage is useful. If it's zero then there is no advantage.

How do you solve the equation by using the zero element?

Not sure what you mean by "zero element". If an expression is equal to zero, and you can factor it, then at least one of the factors must be zero; this is often useful to solve an equation.

What is the purpose of the Kelvin scale?

The purpose of the Kelvin scale is so that absolute zero is zero on it. It is useful for scientists who are researching with subzero temperatures.

Where is the term zero used in physics?

In most cases, physics deals with finite quantities rather than zero, but zero does come up at times. The start of an event can be measured as zero hour. A superconductor has zero electrical resistance. There are doubtlessly other cases as well. Zero is a useful concept.

What is useful to calculate an object's average speed when it does not travel?

If it "does not travel", the speed is zero. Not much to calculate there.

What is the temperature coefficent of semiconductor?

A: It is positive However for a diode it may reach zero but at a point not reasonable to be useful

What is the Disadvantage of means deviation?

The disadvantage is that the mean deviation of a set of data is always zero and so does not provide any useful information.

What are some companies that offer zero closing cost loans?

None. There is not really a thing as zero closing cost loans because finance companies always have that fine print that no one bothers to read which contains very useful information.
