If it took 7 men 10 days to build the wall then the wall needed 7 man • 10 day = 70 man•day.

5 men would be able to accomplish that amount of work in 70 man•day / 5 man = 14 day.

This presumes that the two men you lost were not union stewards. If they were union stewards the job will probably proceed at a rate of double or triple, allowing the 5 men to build the wall in 5 days or less. The union stewards would not have been performing any work, anyhow, and would only serve to represent an organization that takes money from the worker to apply it to making the workers uncompetitive with ununionized labor...but, that is probably just going to annoy your unionized teacher if you happen to put that in your answer to this homework question.
