Rakhi age is x+5
Mother age is 3 (x+5)

4(x+5) = 3 (x+5)
4x + 20 = 3x + 15
x = 5
So the current age (i.e., after 5 years)
Rakhi age = x+5 = 5 + 5 = 10 yrs
